2 Marriage Certificates

Today I receieved my SASE back from the City Clerk of Holyoke, MA. They had a very fast turnaround time, since I mailed my info to them 7 days ago. It just goes to show that a nice letter and return postage goes a long way.

So now I have some Oligny marriage certificates. I am not posting my grandparent’s certificate online, but I have Joseph P. and Marie-Anna’s posted. The rest of my ancestors on this site were married in Canada – so that will be a next step – receiving marriage certs from Canada – that is something I have in the works. I mentioned that in an entry several days ago.

June has been a very good genealogy month, that’s for sure!

I have been doing French-Canadian genealogy for about 14 years. I enjoy doing research for other people who are new to genealogy and want to discover their French-Canadian lineages. Drop me a line at srock@saurette.com and let me give you a hand!
